This pivotal role will support our Central PA market, handling event planning and execution efforts that are crucial to extending our brand reach and engaging potential customers. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for orchestrating a wide array of marketing events, including trade shows, community expos, and promotional events. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience, and includes bonus opportunities to reward exceptional performance.
As our Events Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the strategic scheduling and management of events that showcase DayBrook Kitchen & Bath’s products and services. Your expertise will ensure each event is executed flawlessly, from securing venues to recruiting and coaching event demonstrators who effectively communicate the benefits of our bath remodeling products to prospective clients. Attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical in maintaining an annual calendar of events, negotiating contracts with vendors, and managing logistics surrounding booth setup and teardown procedures.
In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will serve as the brand ambassador at various events, attracting potential customers and generating leads through engaging demonstrations and promotional activities. Measuring and reporting on the performance of each event will provide valuable insights that shape future marketing efforts, helping DayBrook Kitchen & Bath to continually improve its outreach strategies and grow its customer base. Job Duties
- Research and identify events and shows within our assigned territory
- Negotiate contracts with event vendors
- Book and maintain an annual calendar of events and shows
- Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators
- Schedule demonstrators to work events
- Coordinate booth and display setup and tear down
- Generate appointments for free in-home consultations at events and shows
- Collect contest entries
- Follow up on contest entries and schedule free in-home consultations
- Measure and report event performance results
