This full-time role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000, based on experience, along with additional commission opportunities tied to performance and lead generation.
As an Events Coordinator at Bath Planet, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events including trade shows, home shows, festivals, and community events. This leadership position requires hands-on involvement, where you will manage all aspects of event operations from securing event bookings to leading a team of Event Demonstrators and ensuring every event runs smoothly and effectively achieves its goals. You will be responsible for developing event schedules, coordinating logistics, training new team members, and actively engaging with potential customers to drive qualified leads and support sales growth.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in event marketing or related customer-facing roles such as retail or promotions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to represent the Bath Planet brand professionally and enthusiastically in person. Since this role involves frequent attendance at events, candidates must be comfortable standing and working for extended periods, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation. Additionally, flexibility to work on weekends is required to accommodate event schedules.

- Experience in event marketing, retail, sales, or promotions
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods at events
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Book and secure weekly events and shows throughout the assigned territory
- Plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for yourself and your team
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators
- Ensure booths are properly set up, staffed, and broken down at every event
- Actively work events, engage customers, and generate qualified leads
- Drive lead generation efforts that directly impact sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory, productivity, labor, and budgets on a weekly basis
- Set and track performance goals for each event, week, and month
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and internal teams
