Job Description

Main Event Entertainment is a leading entertainment company dedicated to providing exceptional and unforgettable experiences through their dynamic venues that combine dining, gaming, and event hosting. Known for their vibrant atmosphere that caters to a wide range of guests, Main Event specializes in creating fun-filled birthday celebrations, corporate events, and group outings. The company prides itself on its commitment to customer satisfaction, safety, and cleanliness, making it a trusted destination for families, friends, and colleagues looking to celebrate special occasions with a mix of excitement and comfort.

As an Event Coordinator at Main Event, you will play a pivotal role in crafting personalized and memorable event experiences that align with each guest's unique preferences and needs. This position involves close collaboration with guests to understand their vision and tailor event packages that deliver pure fun and enjoyment. Beyond just planning, the role demands active engagement with guests during their visit, ensuring a welcoming and lively atmosphere while upholding the highest standards of safety and sanitation. The Event Coordinator is also responsible for driving sales by promoting event offerings, coordinating schedules, and working alongside the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets for birthday parties, group events, and corporate functions.

In addition to guest interaction, the Event Coordinator will manage sales data and guest information using various software and CRM systems, facilitating follow-up and ongoing relationship building to generate repeat business. The position requires proactive outreach, such as prospecting and cold calling potential clients, and supporting local marketing initiatives to boost both walk-in and event sales. A significant portion of the role includes attending sales meetings to discuss strategies that sustain business growth and participating in store operations including opening, mid-day, and closing duties.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $15.30 to $19.25, reflecting the candidate's experience and expertise. Main Event fosters a fun and inclusive work culture that values teamwork, motivation, and professional growth. Employees benefit from various perks such as discounts on food, beverages, activities, and unlimited gameplay, as well as access to a tuition reimbursement program and opportunities for internal promotion. This role is ideal for individuals with previous retail or food and beverage experience who are passionate about customer service, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment.

By joining Main Event Entertainment as an Event Coordinator, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the company’s reputation as a premier event destination. Your work will not only create joyful memories for guests but also support business success through effective sales management and marketing collaboration. Main Event is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify where required by law, underscoring its commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
