The position offered is a full-time Administrative role at JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes, based in Orlando, Florida, that is non-management in nature. This role is critical in supporting the hotel's operational needs through precise data entry, effective communication, and dependable administrative tasks. The selected candidate will be responsible for entering and retrieving information in computer databases, updating records, reservation details, and responding to guest inquiries, using standard office equipment including keyboards, mouses, and facsimile machines. This role requires managing both electronic and paper-based filing systems, preparing correspondence such as letters and memos utilizing word processing or spreadsheet software, and handling incoming and outgoing mail activities including distribution and date stamping.

Additionally, the role entails maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets, welcoming guests warmly, anticipating and meeting their service needs, and supporting individuals with disabilities in alignment with Marriott's high service standards. Clear and professional communication skills are essential as the candidate will interact with guests, colleagues, and supervisors through telephone and written documents. Job Requirements
