- 3+ years of experience in sales with a focus on event coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Ability to travel nationwide on short notice
- Self-starter attitude with a passion for event planning

Job Duties
- Book personal events with both residential and corporate clients in MA area
- Utilize sales skills to book client consultations and event bookings
- Collaborate with other event coordinators to ensure seamless event execution from setup to cleanup
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and residential staff to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals
