- Previous experience in event coordination or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Follow up with key stakeholders to confirm logistics for various events
- Communicate weekly setup needs to relevant teams
- Ensure all event details are accurately conveyed and executed
- Facilitate requests for in-office meeting space including scheduling and setup
- Ensure all required resources for meetings are available
- Support conference room management and allocation
- Ensure optimal use of office space and event resources
