Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in event coordination or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Follow up with key stakeholders to confirm logistics for various events
  • Communicate weekly setup needs to relevant teams
  • Ensure all event details are accurately conveyed and executed
  • Facilitate requests for in-office meeting space including scheduling and setup
  • Ensure all required resources for meetings are available
  • Support conference room management and allocation
  • Ensure optimal use of office space and event resources
