Job Requirements
- Must be local to Richmond, VA
- comfortable working onsite 3 days per week
- prior event planning or coordination experience
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Experience in corporate event planning
- proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel
- strong logistics coordination skills
- excellent communication and stakeholder management
- ability to multitask and stay organized
- familiarity with hybrid and virtual event coordination is a plus
- experience in large enterprise or corporate environment
Job Duties
- Coordinate logistics for internal events and town halls
- work with communicators and leadership teams
- manage vendors, catering, agendas, invites, and AV
- support hybrid, virtual, and in-person events
- help with operational/logistical tasks across the team
- maintain trackers and planning sheets in Excel/Google Sheets
