Job Description

This opportunity is to join the Event Planning team as a Project Manager specifically supporting event planning for internal corporate events. This role is designed to cover a parental leave and is initially a 4-month contract with the possibility for extensions. The position is hybrid, requiring attendance onsite three days a week at their West Creek Richmond location. The Project Manager will serve as a vital partner to Retail Bank leadership teams, particularly facilitating internal town halls and leadership events that promote communication and workforce engagement within the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing logistical coordination and execution of various internal events that foster team connectivity and leadership visibility. Key responsibilities include managing vendors, coordinating catering, developing agendas, distributing invitations, and overseeing audio-visual needs. The Project Manager must maintain excellent stakeholder communication skills and excel in organizational tasks such as maintaining event trackers and planning documents using Google Sheets and Excel. Experience in corporate event planning, especially in a large enterprise context, is highly advantageous.
