Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • two years relevant experience in event coordination or related field
  • valid driver’s license may be required
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • two years of relevant experience
  • proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • excellent task management and planning skills
  • advanced understanding of event principles and industry standards
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • professional, positive, friendly, and courteous demeanor

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and perform activities associated with conference room and event set-ups per customer requests
  • provide high quality customer service to end-users, vendors, third parties, and leadership
  • collaborate with internal and external partners to understand business needs and assist with coordination and execution of visualized events
  • provide and collect pre and post event metrics
  • verify day-to-day event scheduling
  • build relationships with vendors to maintain smooth event service delivery
  • conduct site inspections to ensure high standards and capture feedback
  • serve as single point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution
  • coordinate and create event diagrams using in-house software
  • update and maintain data records
  • assist with inventory management
  • help develop standard operating procedures
  • create event signage as requested
  • identify opportunities for performance improvement
  • comply with company safety policies
  • perform other duties as assigned
