Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- two years relevant experience in event coordination or related field
- valid driver’s license may be required
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Duties
- Coordinate and perform activities associated with conference room and event set-ups per customer requests
- provide high quality customer service to end-users, vendors, third parties, and leadership
- collaborate with internal and external partners to understand business needs and assist with coordination and execution of visualized events
- provide and collect pre and post event metrics
- verify day-to-day event scheduling
- build relationships with vendors to maintain smooth event service delivery
- conduct site inspections to ensure high standards and capture feedback
- serve as single point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution
- coordinate and create event diagrams using in-house software
- update and maintain data records
- assist with inventory management
- help develop standard operating procedures
- create event signage as requested
- identify opportunities for performance improvement
- comply with company safety policies
- perform other duties as assigned
