Job Duties
- Plan and execute corporate events, managing all logistical aspects including venues, catering, and transportation
- develop, manage, and monitor event budgets
- negotiate and coordinate with vendors and service providers
- maintain direct communication with clients to ensure a seamless experience
- oversee on-site event execution and resolve issues promptly
- prepare post-event reports and analyze performance outcomes
- support branding initiatives and social media activities when required
