PRA provides a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, paid vacation and holidays, and additional perks including cell phone and home internet stipends, pet insurance, and flexible spending accounts. This role suits highly organized, proactive individuals with a customer-focused mindset and an ability to adapt within a fast-paced event management environment. Candidates with prior experience in destination management companies, event planning, or related fields will find PRA a stimulating place to grow their careers while contributing to unforgettable events and meaningful corporate experiences.
