The company prides itself on fostering a family-like atmosphere where employees are encouraged to work hard, collaborate with peers, and find enjoyment in their professional journey. Operating 29 branches across the United States, Chadwell Supply offers long-term career opportunities that allow employees to grow from entry-level positions to leadership roles. This outstanding reputation reflects Chadwell’s dedication to excellence, employee well-being, and community involvement.
The role of Corporate Event Manager at Chadwell Supply is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced, smart, innovative, and hardworking individual looking to lead and organize large-scale corporate events in a B2B environment. This position offers a hybrid work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, combining in-office presence with work-from-home flexibility after 90 days. The pay range for this role is $27.88 to $31.25 per hour, along with extensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401K, paid holidays, and over 100 hours of paid time off. Employees will also enjoy complimentary gym access, meal prep services, and an employee discount program. This role requires some travel, generally 1 to 2 trips per month lasting approximately three days each, which may include weekdays and weekends.
As the Corporate Event Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of event planning activities including venue selection, contract negotiation, budgeting, and coordination with various vendors such as caterers, audiovisual specialists, and entertainment. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver flawless events while ensuring all logistical details are perfectly managed. Your organizational skills will keep multiple projects on track with detailed timelines and efficient communication. Given the B2B focus, understanding promotional products and brand management will be crucial to delivering successful events that resonate with clients and stakeholders. You will also have oversight of event platforms and tools, including the ONE Conference app and Monday.com for project management, ensuring smooth operations and integrated teamwork.
Successful candidates will bring a minimum of five years of corporate event management experience with strong project management and budget control, alongside excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. The role also demands a creative and proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and company teams. Leadership abilities will be critical in motivating event staff and driving innovation in event design and execution. Fine attention to detail and an aptitude for negotiating favorable vendor agreements will ensure that every event meets or exceeds expectations while adhering to budgetary constraints. This position is a fantastic fit for individuals seeking rewarding career progression in a supportive, dynamic work environment where their contributions directly impact the company’s success and culture.
