Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, business, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in event coordination, event venues, or event industry
- experience in event logistics, coordination, and planning large events
- strong customer service and vendor relationship skills
- proficiency in event management software
- excellent analytical and organizational skills
- good presentation skills
- knowledge of audiovisual technology
- commitment to being an active participant in the employee-owned culture

Job Duties
- Plan events, conferences, and training sessions that meet HDR standards
- coordinate timelines and production schedules to ensure timely execution
- manage logistics including venue selection, room setup, audiovisual needs, catering, travel, lodging, and material shipping
- serve as primary on-site contact for event execution
- source and manage vendor relationships including venues, hotels, audiovisual providers, and catering services
- collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership to align on event objectives
- develop and manage event budgets and process financial reconciliation
