The Sales Event Coordinator role at Main Event is a dynamic and important position aimed at delivering exceptional customer service and driving event sales. As a Sales Event Coordinator, you will work closely with guests to plan and coordinate tailored event experiences, including birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and group celebrations. Your responsibilities will include understanding all aspects of the event packages and add-ons, actively selling and scheduling events, and using various systems to track sales revenue and guest information. You will be instrumental in meeting and exceeding sales targets by partnering with the Sales Manager and contributing strategic ideas during sales meetings. Additionally, you will assist with marketing efforts, prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, and uphold the company standards related to cleanliness and safety during office duties. The role requires availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the varied scheduling needs of guests.
