Sales Event Coordinators are responsible for understanding detailed event packages and add-ons to provide options that meet guests’ specific needs. They utilize various systems and CRM programs to manage sales revenue, guest information, and follow-up activities effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to sales by prospecting and establishing new business relationships, alongside supporting local store marketing efforts to attract walk-in traffic and increase event bookings. - Understanding all aspects of event packages and add-ons
- Selling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
- Utilizing systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow-up tasks
- Partnering with Sales Manager to exceed budgeted sales targets and achieve quarterly sales plans
- Prospecting and cold calling to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat business
- Supporting local store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in and event sales
- Attending and engaging in weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas
- Performing office duties including opening, mid-day, and closing tasks while upholding cleanliness and safety standards
