Known for its engaging activities, vibrant atmosphere, and commitment to exceptional customer service, Main Event offers a wide range of entertainment options including bowling, laser tag, arcade games, gravity ropes, and more. With multiple locations across the United States, Main Event focuses on creating an inclusive, rewarding, and fun workplace where team members can thrive and contribute to creating unforgettable events for guests. The company culture emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and guest satisfaction as core pillars to delivering exceptional service and lasting memories. Main Event values its employees by fostering personal and professional growth through comprehensive training, rewarding programs, and supportive initiatives like tuition reimbursement and internal promotion opportunities.
As a Sales Event Coordinator at Main Event, you play a vital role in transforming ordinary celebrations into extraordinary experiences. You will partner directly with guests to plan and coordinate events such as birthdays, corporate gatherings, and group celebrations, ensuring each is tailored to meet their unique needs and preferences. This role requires a strong understanding of Main Event’s event packages and add-ons to creatively upsell and customize offerings that enhance the overall guest experience. Utilizing company systems and CRM tools, you will diligently log sales revenue, maintain guest information, and create follow-up tasks that drive business growth. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will strive to exceed sales targets and achieve quarterly business objectives through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building efforts aimed at increasing new and repeat business. Your involvement will also extend to supporting local marketing initiatives designed to drive walk-in traffic and event sales, and actively contributing ideas in weekly sales meetings to support the store’s strategic goals. Beyond sales coordination, you may also assist with operational duties such as opening, mid-day, or closing office tasks while upholding cleanliness and safety standards. The position offers flexible scheduling that includes workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a competitive salary range from $10.25 to $18.25 per hour, underscoring Main Event’s commitment to valuing and motivating its team members. By joining Main Event as a Sales Event Coordinator, you become part of a passionate team that celebrates fun, creativity, and community through every event, making it an exciting career path for individuals who are guest-focused, collaborative, and driven to deliver exceptional experiences.
