Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior administrative support experience preferred
  • strong computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
  • ability to interact professionally with clients and staff
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
  • ability to work standing or walking for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • previous administrative experience preferred
  • proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support across various hotel departments
  • prepare documents using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
  • act as liaison between the sales office and clients throughout the event process
  • maintain professional communication and appearance
  • uphold company policies and ensure workplace safety
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments
  • perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 10 pounds
