We are currently seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team for an upcoming corporate event in San Francisco, CA, on Saturday, May 2nd, from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am. This part-time, in-person role offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in art and fashion who is looking for additional income during weekend evenings. The compensation for this role is $30.00 per hour, along with travel fees as needed. The shifts will typically range from 3 to 5 hours, mostly in the evening on weekends.

As an Event Coordinator at Alisa Maxime Studio, you will play a vital role in supporting the seamless execution of our luxury live-sketching experiences. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring exceptional guest flow, strong brand representation, and high-quality content capture. This involves arriving an hour before the event begins to assist with setting up the artist’s table and organizing the space to create an inviting atmosphere.

Your role will include managing the queue of guests waiting for sketches and actively promoting Alisa Maxime Studio’s services to attendees, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. Part of the job also involves creatively capturing the event by taking pictures of guests for sketching, including special moments such as photographs of the bride and groom at weddings, and capturing photos and videos that highlight the atmosphere and the artist at work. Having a reliable smartphone for capturing the content is crucial for this position.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in customer-facing roles, display excellent communication skills, and possess a keen attention to detail. The ability to remain punctual and work effectively under pressure is essential. While a background in photography or fashion and prior experience in the events industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory. This role provides a unique combination of organizational and creative tasks, perfect for individuals passionate about the art of live sketching and luxury event experiences.
