We are currently seeking an Event Coordinator to join our talented team for upcoming corporate events, starting with a key event in San Francisco, CA, located in the 94104 zip code area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about art and fashion, highly organized, and looking for flexible, weekend work to supplement their income. The position demands a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences by supporting Alisa Maxime Studio's luxury live-sketching services on-site at exclusive events. Compensation for this role is $30 per hour, with additional travel fees reimbursed as necessary. The schedule involves 3 to 5-hour shifts, primarily during weekend evenings, emphasizing availability and punctuality.
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that each event runs smoothly, guests receive exceptional service, and Alisa Maxime Studio’s brand is represented with excellence. Your primary focus will be on organizing and managing guest flow at the artist’s table, maintaining a queue system, and actively promoting our unique live sketching services to attendees. You will also play a crucial role in capturing visual content throughout the event by taking photographs of guests and special moments, including weddings where capturing the bride and groom is important, and creating a vibrant atmosphere through photos and videos showcasing the artist’s live work.

The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to excel under pressure. Reliable technology use, particularly with a smartphone capable of high-quality photos, is essential for documenting the event visuals effectively. Since this is an in-person role, the capacity to be physically present at events and actively engage with guests and team members is a prerequisite. The ideal candidate will arrive ahead of event start times to assist with setting up the artist’s table and contribute to the overall preparation and execution of the event.
