Job Description
Alisa Maxime Studio is the U.S. market leader in live fashion sketching, known for capturing guests in their most beautiful and stylish form in real time at luxury events. The studio has an impressive portfolio, having produced over 300 high-profile events including brand and influencer activations for luxury names such as Hermès, Gucci, Cartier, Bulgari, Ferrari, Dior, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Simon Premium Outlets, and LVMH. Their expertise also extends to corporate engagements with global giants like Google, Amazon, TikTok, LinkedIn, Dell, Kirkland & Ellis, Valero, and T-Mobile, as well as ultra-high-net-worth private celebrations and notable non-profit galas. Alisa Maxime Studio is renowned for blending artistry with exclusivity, delivering memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests and event hosts alike.
We are currently seeking an on-site Event Coordinator to join our team for an upcoming corporate event in San Francisco on Saturday, May 2nd, from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to supplement their income during weekend evenings while immersing themselves in the worlds of art and fashion. The role is perfectly suited for organized, attentive individuals who enjoy interacting with guests and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our live fashion sketching experiences, contributing to the overall excellence and professionalism Alisa Maxime Studio is known for.
Your primary responsibilities will center around managing on-site event logistics and guest engagement. This includes arriving early to assist with artist table setup, coordinating the flow of guests to maintain an efficient queue for sketches, and actively promoting Alisa Maxime Studio's premier services to guests to enhance brand visibility and reputation. In addition to logistical support, the role involves documenting the event by taking high-quality photos and videos—notably capturing guests in the moment, artists at work, and special highlights such as bride and groom moments at weddings. This content is vital for showcasing our services and creating compelling visual stories for potential clients.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer-facing role and demonstrate punctuality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain reliability throughout the event is essential. Since photography is a component of this role, possessing a reliable smartphone with good camera capabilities is required. While not mandatory, a basic understanding of photography and fashion, along with previous experience in the events industry, will be advantageous and help the candidate excel in this role. Compensation is competitive at $30.00 per hour plus any applicable travel fees. Shifts typically last between 3 to 5 hours and primarily occur during weekend evenings.
This is an in-person position based in San Francisco, CA (zip code 94104), with no remote work options available. If you are passionate about art, fashion, and hospitality, and you enjoy vibrant event settings, this could be the ideal role for you to join Alisa Maxime Studio's distinguished team for memorable and impactful events.
