The Event Coordinator role at Allegiant Stadium offers a dynamic and rewarding career opportunity for professionals passionate about event management within a world-class environment. The role serves as a critical liaison between the facility, tenants, and clients to ensure compliance with tenant requirements, facility rules, regulations, and policies.

The Event Coordinator will manage key event details for various tenant ancillary events, internal meetings, press conferences, and fundraisers. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to interact effectively with multiple departments such as operations, security, guest experience, parking, and external vendors. The role plays an integral part in ensuring that all events are executed smoothly while maintaining safety and contractual obligations.

Successful candidates should have prior experience working in sports or entertainment event management, with a solid understanding of event operations and supervisory experience managing event staff. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of NFL or NCAA BCS football events is highly preferred. This position requires physical capability to move around the facility as well as availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor’s degree.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Work closely with clients to plan, coordinate, execute, and support events including NFL and UNLV football games, as well as third-party and other assigned events
  • Develop, implement, and oversee all administrative tasks for event department including processing purchase orders, inventory, and department documentation
  • Organize and direct activities, posts, and duties of event support personnel
  • Prepare and distribute detailed event notes to venue departments such as operations, security, guest experience, parking, and other on-site vendors
  • Ensure contractual obligations and policies are maintained and safety requirements are met
  • Manage event details for tenant ancillary events, internal meetings, press conferences, and fundraisers
  • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
