Josh’s Frogs is currently seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Event Coordinator to join their dynamic Sales & Marketing Department. This role is vital in enhancing the company’s presence and revenue at national trade shows and reptile expos through effective event planning and execution. The successful candidate will serve as a professional brand ambassador, responsible for travel and logistics management, staff training, brand representation, and strategic event planning aimed at driving sales and expanding customer outreach. This position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional weekend responsibilities. Starting wages range from $18 to $20 per hour, commensurate with experience, and relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Detailed planning and organizational skills are paramount, as the role demands managing complex event logistics including reservations, vendor coordination, order management, and travel arrangements for trade show events held up to three times monthly.

Additionally, the Sales & Marketing Event Coordinator will collaborate closely across multiple departments such as Animals, Plants, Insects, Production, and Shipping/Receiving to ensure seamless event execution. The position demands exceptional communication skills, technological proficiency with general software and operating systems, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capability to maintain a consistent brand image that reflects Josh’s Frogs’ company culture and values. Candidates with prior experience in large event coordination, trade show management, sales or marketing, customer service, or a valid CDL (or willingness to obtain one) will be given special consideration.
