Lucrezia is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Coordinator & Host Supervisor. This role is crucial in managing the restaurant's private event bookings as well as overseeing the daily front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. The Event Coordinator & Host Supervisor will play a pivotal role in organizing and executing private events from the initial inquiry stage through to event completion, working closely with clients to cater to their specific needs. In addition, the position requires supervising and training the host team, handling reservation systems, and managing guest flow to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event coordination or restaurant supervision
  • Proficiency with reservation and scheduling software
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Physical ability to be on feet for extended periods
