Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in event coordination or restaurant supervision
- Proficiency with reservation and scheduling software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Physical ability to be on feet for extended periods

Job Duties
- Coordinate private events including booking logistics and execution
- Communicate with clients to understand event needs and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams for seamless service
- Supervise and train host staff
- Manage scheduling and daily operations
- Oversee reservations waitlists and guest seating to optimize flow
- Provide excellent guest service and handle customer inquiries or concerns
