Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event coordination or restaurant supervision
  • Proficiency with reservation and scheduling software
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Physical ability to be on feet for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Coordinate private events including booking logistics and execution
  • Communicate with clients to understand event needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams for seamless service
  • Supervise and train host staff
  • Manage scheduling and daily operations
  • Oversee reservations waitlists and guest seating to optimize flow
  • Provide excellent guest service and handle customer inquiries or concerns
