The Event Manager role at REV Entertainment is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of events at Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium. This role involves close liaison with clients and various departments within the company, ensuring all events meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. The Event Manager will establish staff schedules, oversee task assignments, and allocate equipment efficiently to meet departmental goals. Critical to success in this position is the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, maintaining an organized calendar and database to manage long-term event planning effectively. The role requires overseeing third-party vendors to guarantee superior service deliverables and managing all financial aspects related to client events including estimates, contracts, and billing. Additionally, the Event Manager will work in tandem with the Sales Department to identify growth opportunities, conduct facility tours for potential clients, and support public ticketed events as necessary. This position demands flexibility with working hours which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Duties
- Serve as a liaison and client representative to provide planning, implementation, and delivery of all assigned events at Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium
- Establish staff schedules, task assignments, and equipment allocation to meet departmental objectives
- Collaborate with departments and client groups to define event goals, objectives, and implementation plans
- Maintain event calendar and database for long-term planning and management
- Develop professional relationships to ensure consistent and courteous communication with other organizations
- Manage events from client meetings, preparation of estimates, rental agreements through final billing
- Oversee third-party vendors to ensure quality product and client satisfaction
- Coordinate event schedules with contracted security and staffing companies, provide supervision during events, and follow up on billing
- Communicate event requirements to appropriate departments
- Create and maintain event files and distribute event memos
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Work with Sales Department to generate new business and upselling opportunities
- Conduct facility tours for prospective clients
- Provide general event support for public ticketed events as needed
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
