Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • proficient in using computer software and office equipment
  • customer service experience preferred
  • able to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies
  • physically able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds
  • willingness to work full-time
  • excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
  • enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases to update records, files, reservations, and answer guest inquiries
  • operate standard office equipment other than computers
  • prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile while proofreading and editing for accuracy
  • enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
  • follow all company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets
  • welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation
  • speak clearly and professionally, answer telephones using proper etiquette
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and departments
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • move and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
