Job Requirements

- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- proficient in using computer software and office equipment
- customer service experience preferred
- able to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies
- physically able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds

Job Duties
- serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
- enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases to update records, files, reservations, and answer guest inquiries
- operate standard office equipment other than computers
- prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile while proofreading and editing for accuracy
- enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
- follow all company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation
- speak clearly and professionally, answer telephones using proper etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and departments
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- move and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
