This role also encompasses responsibilities related to the development of web content and event materials, contributing to program proposals and ideation, drafting professional correspondence, and maintaining internal systems and processes for event management and communication. Proficiency using software such as Social Tables, Airtable, MailChimp, Bedework, and Filemaker is essential.
Moreover, the Event Coordinator will take part in post-event tasks such as archiving materials and capturing relevant data for analysis and reporting purposes. Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders is a vital part of the position, ensuring continued collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will bring at least two years of event production experience and hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in a university or cultural institution setting is preferred, as it closely aligns with the nature and expectations of this role.
