Job Requirements
- 2 years catering experience
- Ability to commute to Kirkland, WA 98033
- Strong MS Office skills
- In depth Excel knowledge
- Proven event management experience
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to handle high event volume
- Bi-lingual skills preferred
- Familiarity with catering software such as Total Party Planner
- Memorization skills
- Ability to work weekends as needed
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in events management and event planning
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
- Knowledge of banquet operations, restaurant services, and catering practices
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management for events
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on exceeding client expectations
- Organizational skills to multitask and manage 100+ events simultaneously
- Food prep, execution, and presentation knowledge
- 2 years of Total Party Planner or other catering planning application experience preferred
- Bi-lingual a huge plus
- Memorization skills
- Ability to handle a large event load while maintaining quality service within company timelines
- Strong MS Office skills required
- In depth Excel knowledge required
- Multi-layer event design and logistics
- 60 WPM required
- Strong and professional email skills
Job Duties
- Answer telephones, direct calls, take messages, and manage incoming emails
- Respond to all assigned leads assisting clients by building proposals, following up, answering questions, booking, and planning the overall event
- Create events for corporate, social, and wedding clients and possess a complete understanding of all critical information
- Manage all leads, deals, and booked events using catering software to organize and follow up with each client
- Follow up with each client post-event to ensure satisfaction and relay any necessary feedback to all departments
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the coordinator team and the Director of Catering
- Consistently meet or exceed standards that produce high-quality and complete event documents for production meetings, events, and open house events
