Job Requirements

2+ years of experience in guest service, hospitality, or events
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
A team player who leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump in
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Weekend and evening availability

Job Duties

Support the Event Manager in planning and coordinating birthday parties and group events
Confirm event details with guests, offer add-ons, and make sure every detail is set up for success
Prep party spaces, tables, and supplies so everything is ready to go
Greet guests, host parties, and be the go-to person throughout the event
Check in with party hosts (especially parents) to make sure everything is going smoothly and step in quickly if anything needs adjusting
Keep the energy up, lead celebrations, and help create a fun, memorable experience
Guide and support the Party Patrol team during events
Help train new teammates and provide ongoing coaching
Coordinate across departments (kitchen, front desk, attractions) to keep events running smoothly
Oversee party flow across bowling, arcade, laser tag, and other attractions
Enter and manage food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
Assist with payments, tabs, and making sure everything is accurate and wrapped up cleanly
Help break down and reset party areas quickly for the next group
Stay organized with paperwork and daily responsibilities
Jump in wherever needed, this is a team-first environment
