The role of Event Coordinator at SuperGames is an integral position within this dynamic and fast-growing company. This full-time role involves planning, organizing, and executing events from inception to completion. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing every aspect of the event process, collaborating directly with clients to understand their vision and deliver exceptional service. This role also involves leading a team of on-site staff to ensure smooth and safe event operations. The Event Coordinator must be ready to make real-time decisions during events, coordinate logistics, and contribute to the overall success of each gathering.
This position offers a starting salary of $20 per hour, with an increase to $26 per hour after completion of Event Host training. The standard workweek comprises 40 plus hours with opportunities for overtime.
