- High school diploma or equivalent
- Event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Lead and support on-site staff
- Communicate with clients and deliver top-notch service
- Make real-time decisions to keep events running smoothly
- Drive company trucks and trailers for equipment transport
- Load, unload, and maintain equipment
- Organize inventory and track usage
- Test and troubleshoot technical equipment
- Plan event layouts, power needs, and logistics
- Develop contingency plans for weather, technical issues, or staffing changes
- Lead pre-event team briefings
