Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Event or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Lead and support on-site staff
  • Communicate with clients and deliver top-notch service
  • Make real-time decisions to keep events running smoothly
  • Drive company trucks and trailers for equipment transport
  • Load, unload, and maintain equipment
  • Organize inventory and track usage
  • Test and troubleshoot technical equipment
  • Plan event layouts, power needs, and logistics
  • Develop contingency plans for weather, technical issues, or staffing changes
  • Lead pre-event team briefings
