Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior administrative experience
  • proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 pounds
  • capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • willingness to perform other reasonable job duties

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support across hotel departments
  • prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • serve as point of contact for clients and vendors
  • act as liaison between Sales Office and clients throughout event processes
  • uphold company policies and safety standards
  • maintain professional appearance and communications
  • support team efforts to achieve common goals
