This role involves serving as a liaison and client representative, ensuring the seamless planning, implementation, and delivery of all assigned events. Candidates will be responsible for coordinating multiple aspects of event management, from initial client meetings to final billing, fostering strong client relationships that promote repeat business and client satisfaction. The position requires close collaboration with various departments and external vendors, including security and staffing companies, to uphold the highest standards in event execution.
The ideal candidate will schedule staff, assign tasks, manage equipment allocation, and maintain an organized calendar and database to support long-term planning and efficient event management. Attention to detail and professionalism are crucial, as the role demands effective communication and relationship-building skills with clients and organizational partners alike. Additionally, the job entails conducting facility tours for prospective clients and supporting public ticketed events as necessary.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 - 2 years of experience in event management or related area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience with Venue Ops and Social Tables software preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the field or in related area
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office products, event management technologies, and customer relationship software
- Experience in Venue Ops and Social Tables preferred
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines
- Effective time management and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
- Concert experience preferred
Job Duties
- Serves as a liaison and client representative to provide planning, implementation, and delivery of all assigned events at Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium
- Establish staff schedules, task assignments as well as equipment allocation to ensure conformance with departmental objectives and goals
- Work closely with departments and client's groups to define event goals, objectives and specific implementation plans
- Maintain a calendar of events and database to anticipate long-term planning and effective event management
- Develop professional relationships resulting in stable, consistent, reliable, and courteous communication when dealing with other organizations
- Create and follow through on events from initial client meetings, preparation of client estimates, and rental agreements through final billing
- Oversee third-party vendors to ensure quality product and events for clients
- Coordinate event schedules with contracted security/staffing companies, provide guidance, and supervision during events and follow up after all events to ensure proper billing
- Communicate all event requirements to appropriate departments
- Create and maintain event files
- create and distribute Event Memos for all events
- Build strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business
- Work with the Sales Department to generate new business and upselling opportunities
- Conduct facility tours for prospective clients
- Provide general event support for public ticketed events as needed
- Work flexible/varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Other responsibilities as assigned
