- Flexible schedule including weeknights and occasional weekends

Job Duties
- Coordinate event details including menus, vendors, and event enhancements
- Be on-site to ensure smooth execution of events from start to finish
- Research conventions and local opportunities to help drive new business
- Become proficient in event management systems
- Assist with themed promotions, marketing campaigns, and VIP sales
- Act as a liaison between the Director of Sales, staff, clients, and vendors
- Represent ICEBAR Orlando at industry events and networking opportunities
