Job Requirements

  • college degree or equivalent work experience
  • ability to travel up to 15% of the time for regional events
  • willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
  • high degree of flexibility

  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs
  • must pass a clean criminal background check

Job Duties

  • plan and organize JA Business Hall of Fame events during the Hall of Fame season from October to March
  • manage all event logistics including budgeting, vendor relationships, venue, catering, and decor
  • coordinate with guests, partners, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth event execution
  • monitor event objectives to meet client and organizational goals
  • assist with setup and breakdown of event materials
  • maintain communication with internal teams and external partners
  • handle occasional travel for regional events across the state
