Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- minimum 3 years of experience in event management or related hospitality role
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- proficient in sales and marketing strategies

- ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- strong problem-solving abilities
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- physical capability to meet job demands
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant
- excellent basic math skills
- ability to operate a POS system
- capable of working in a standing position for long periods
- able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Build the event team and manage event sales
- be accountable for profit and loss
- perform all administrative functions
- supervise and perform every function of events
- make sales to generate revenue for events
- communicate effectively with guests, employees, vendors, and home office representatives
- enforce adherence to policies and procedures
- hire and schedule event staff
- maintain employee morale
- manage disciplinary actions on event team members
- oversee training and conduct orientation for new team members
- market and expand the brand
- perform banking duties
- monitor inventory and place orders
- ensure high quality of food and guest service
- ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
- adhere to personal hygiene and appearance standards
- follow up with event guests to gauge experience
