Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous event coordination or facilitation experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work extended hours
- excellent customer service skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work on-site 5 days a week
- ability to travel locally for off-site events
- ability to perform physical activities such as bending and reaching

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience with coordinating and/or facilitating events, preferably in a corporate setting
- hospitality and/or food service operations experience a plus
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- ability to ensure quality and production standards are met
- ability to meet deadlines and understand time-sensitive records handling
- ability to work extended hours as required

Job Duties
- Interface with the client, operations team, and corporate departments as necessary
- assist the Event Planner with planning and execution of employee engagement activities, team meetings, milestone celebrations, holiday, and social events
- research and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to acquire necessary services and activities for events
- process required paperwork including contracts, agreements, insurance certificates, and payment confirmations
- assist with facilitation of logistics including space assignments, venue preparation, visitor registrations, catering, entertainment, equipment, and decor
- evaluate potential locations, providers, vendors, and other professionals to determine viability for future events
- perform post-event tasks such as satisfaction surveys, reviewing invoices and billing statement, and maintaining photo libraries
- maintain continual communication with the Event Planner, Facilities Manager, and clients
- provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service
- provide clear communications and progress reports regarding events
