Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned events from start to finish
  • liaise with clients to determine event objectives, budgets, and logistics
  • select and manage vendors, venues, and event staff
  • monitor event timelines and ensure all milestones are met
  • oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • prepare event reports and provide post-event analysis
  • manage on-site event coordination and resolve any issues that arise
  • ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards
