Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience coordinating and facilitating events, preferably in a corporate setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to meet deadlines and understand timing involved in records request handling
Ability to work extended hours as required
Advanced customer service skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Advanced organizational, administrative, record keeping, and time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail oriented with strong multitasking abilities
Ability to perform physical activity including bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing or sitting for prolonged periods
Ability to be on-site five days a week and availability for some local travel
