Job Duties

  • Support event marketing campaigns through social media email outreach and promotional materials to boost attendance and engagement
  • Coordinate with vendors caterers and venue staff to ensure seamless event operations and uphold quality standards
  • Manage event logistics such as budgeting contracts catering arrangements and setup/takedown schedules
  • Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees
  • Contribute to upselling opportunities by promoting additional services or packages during events
  • Maintain organized records of event details contracts budgets and feedback for continuous improvement
