Job Description

Party Reflections is a distinguished leader in the event rental industry serving the Carolina's region since 1958. As a family-operated business from its inception, Party Reflections has built a solid reputation based on quality service, reliability, and fostering meaningful relationships with clients and employees alike. The company prides itself on a rich history of delivering exceptional event experiences, making it a trusted partner for countless celebrations and corporate events. Their ongoing commitment to excellence is deeply rooted in the dedication of their workforce, which they consider the cornerstone of their success. This established organization offers a vibrant, supportive work environment that encourages personal growth, teamwork, and a shared passion for customer satisfaction. The culture at Party Reflections emphasizes motivation, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset, welcoming individuals who are eager to contribute positively and grow within the company.

The role they are currently offering is for a dynamic Sales Support Specialist focused on delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating event rental sales. This non-exempt position plays a crucial role in capturing and expanding sales opportunities primarily through walk-in traffic, telephone, and internet inquiries. The Sales Support Specialist acts as the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate their event inventory needs with efficiency and professionalism. The position requires someone with excellent organizational and communication skills who can quickly establish rapport with customers and maintain a positive, energetic demeanor. Responsibilities include answering client questions, managing small to mid-sized event orders, and transferring more complex requests to Account Executives. The role also involves using the Social Tables CAD program to create and modify event layouts, making outbound communications to follow up on quotes and delivery confirmations, and processing payments. This position demands flexibility in working hours to accommodate seasonal business fluctuations, including additional training and meetings. The Sales Support Specialist contributes to maintaining a professional showroom environment and upholds Party Reflections' policies and pricing structures while also taking on various administrative and project-based tasks as needed. This opportunity is ideal for those looking to develop a career in sales with a respected company in the event rental sector, offering hands-on experience and room for growth within a close-knit team environment.
