The Event Concierge plays a pivotal role within the Hyatt team, serving as the essential link between the Event Sales or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact. This highly visible position is crucial in ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution of events held at the hotel. The Event Concierge is responsible for handling special requests and needs, requiring a detailed understanding of the hotel's meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event specifications. Job Requirements

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software preferred
