Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous catering or event experience strongly preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to stand and walk extensively
- availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- good computer proficiency

Job Duties
- act as liaison between events manager and on-site event contacts
- handle and address special event needs and requests
- maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities
- coordinate group dynamics and event details
- communicate effectively with guests and staff
- support event setup and logistics
- manage event space requirements and availability
