In this pivotal Food and Beverage role, the employee will be responsible for coordinating with group coordinators or hosts prior to receptions, handling presentations, and verifying that all event preparations meet the established agreements. The position requires careful attention to banquet orders to collect guest information, establish proper organization, timelines, and manage special guest needs, including buffet arrangements and food stations. The role ensures that all special preparations for banquet events are executed and tracked effectively to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Additionally, the employee is expected to comply with company safety policies and procedures, report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, and complete the necessary safety training and certifications. The physical demands include moving, lifting, pushing, or placing objects weighing under 25 pounds without assistance, and the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during the shift.
