Job Duties

  • Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions making introductions and ensuring arrangements

  • Follow up on banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
  • Follow company safety and security policies and report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally and maintain positive work relationships
  • Visually inspect equipment for defects
  • Perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 pounds, and navigating various environments
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors
