The role of Event Concierge at Hyatt is an essential position designed to bridge the gap between the Event Sales and Event Planning Managers and the on-site meeting contacts. This role serves as the primary liaison for managing and responding to special requests and needs that arise during events held at the hotel. As a highly visible team member, the Event Concierge plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between all parties involved in event execution. The successful candidate must possess a thorough understanding of the hotel's meeting facilities, group dynamics, and the intricate details that define each event. The Event Concierge is responsible for anticipating and addressing guest requirements and preferences with refinement and professionalism.
