Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or related events role preferred
- Ability to work mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina for walking and standing
- Ability to manage detailed event information
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Previous catering or event experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of event logistics is a plus
Job Duties
- Act as liaison between Events Manager and on-site event and meeting contacts
- Address and manage special needs and requests for events
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities
- Coordinate event details and group dynamics
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Walk and stand throughout 60,000 sq ft of meeting space
- Provide excellent customer service throughout event duration
