Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in catering, hospitality, or event services preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to walk and stand for extended periods
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and details simultaneously
  • customer service oriented

Job Duties

  • serve as a liaison between the events manager and on-site event contacts
  • manage and address special requests and needs during events
  • maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event details
  • coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure event success
  • provide excellent communication and organizational support throughout event execution
  • assist with set-up and breakdown as needed
  • walk and stand extensively to oversee meeting spaces
