Hilton prides itself on creating a warm and welcoming environment not only for its guests but also for its team members, fostering a workplace culture recognized multiple times as a World's Best Workplace by Great Place to Work and Fortune. The company emphasizes values such as integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a passion for hospitality, all of which contribute to its sustained success and global reputation. Hilton offers both entry-level, part-time, full-time, and career growth opportunities, underpinned by a comprehensive range of benefits and developmental programs to support their employees' professional and personal growth.

The Event Concierge role at Hilton is an integral position within the hotel's event services team, aimed at supporting seamless event execution and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role involves various administrative and operational responsibilities that are critical to the successful delivery of meetings, conventions, and special events held at the property. The Event Concierge serves as a key point of communication between clients and hotel teams, preparing detailed documentation such as Banquet Event Orders and convention resumes, maintaining accurate event data in the function book system, and organizing client kits to provide attendees with essential information. Additionally, the role requires managing client files, coordinating internal correspondence, and providing general office support, including answering phones and handling email communications.

Success in this role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional and hospitable demeanor. Hilton expects its Event Concierges to embody its core values by acting with integrity, leading by example, collaborating effectively with others, and showing accountability for their work. Beyond the day-to-day duties, team members in this role are supported by Hilton’s robust benefits package and employee programs, such as medical, dental, vision insurance options, employee stock purchase programs, paid parental leave, and generous paid time off.

Joining Hilton as an Event Concierge means becoming part of a celebrated workplace culture dedicated to growth, sustainability, and recognition of each employee’s contributions. The company invests in its team members through educational opportunities, mental health support, crisis assistance, and extensive travel discounts. This commitment to employee well-being creates a fulfilling and dynamic work environment where Event Concierges can thrive and develop their careers in hospitality.
