Job Duties
- Liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager, Operations, and the on-site meeting contact
- Handle and address special needs or requests from the group(s) in the hotel
- Maintain strong guest service orientation at all times
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with constant guest interaction
- Review group billing and manage the associated details
- Support special projects within the Events Office
- Manage and coordinate signage for events
