Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or event coordination preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Serve as liaison between Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager, Operations, and on-site meeting contacts
- Handle and address special needs or requests from groups during their hotel stay
- Maintain strong guest service orientation in all interactions
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment with constant guest interaction
- Review group billing and support special projects within the Events Office
- Manage signage for events to ensure clear, professional presentation
- Coordinate logistics and communication to facilitate flawless event execution
