Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or event planning preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift moderate weight
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Represent the Hyatt brand and establish a connection with meeting planners to ensure a positive hotel image
- Stay in close contact with hotel departments to fulfill planner and hotel requests
- Monitor meetings and special events, communicating with the Events Department to ensure smooth operations
- Check all event spaces against event orders prior to planner arrival to verify readiness
- Communicate and address concerns and opportunities with planners, finding creative solutions quickly
