This role is for a Cleaner position within ABM, offering an hourly pay rate of $18.00, with the exact rate varying based on an applicant’s experience, skills, and geographic location. This position is ideal for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce, requiring no previous experience or educational qualifications such as a high school diploma or GED. On-the-job training is provided, equipping employees with the skills needed to excel. The Cleaner will be assigned to maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in designated areas within an arena, sport stadium, convention center, or similar entertainment venue. These areas may include restrooms, concourse sections, private or VIP suites, and other guest-accessible spaces.

The Cleaner will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and clients. Responsibilities involve cleaning furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, as well as equipment and machines. The employee will have to handle waste management duties such as emptying trash receptacles and cleaning bodily fluids, ensuring hygiene and safety. Additionally, Cleaners may assist guests with directions within the facility to improve overall visitor experience. The role requires flexibility to perform all assigned duties efficiently, including possibly moving items like cabinets, boxes, and furniture to facilitate thorough cleaning.
